Valley Writer club members have been invited to spend Dinner with Authors night at Chateau Morrisette restaurant and winery.
Join us for a feast of literary flavors. We will sponsor some of Virginia's best authors and writers for this evening of fine food and gifted narrative.
Sharon Myers will be one of several writers at the event will read an excerpt from her book Paco’s Gift. Sharon Myers, the immediate past president of the Valley Writers Chapter, is a retired, four-time Paralympic/Pan American wheelchair athlete. She continues traveling around the world promoting equal access for the physically impaired.
Articles about her travels to Peru, England, Dubai, Puerto Rico, and South Africa appeared in Open World and Yes magazines. She is an avid gardener, a Master Flower show Judge Emeritus, and wildlife and flower photographer. Sharon lives on a small farm with her husband, Billy, and Border Collie, Speck. Currently, she is writing an inspirational book entitled Paco's Gift and her autobiography.
